Making the perfect pancakes

The first thing I learnt to cook at age 10 and It’s been my fave ever since. I have cooked this in various ways.

Tip #1: Make pancake batter overnight. I usually make this in a jug but as there was just enough left I decided to pour the batter in in the milk container instead.

Tip#3
Turn over and cook for no more than 2 minutes. This is because he pancake does not need to be cook for too long as it’s been cooked already before turning.

Enjoy and serve with toppings of your.
choice.
Final tip.
When you pour oil in the pan, use kitchen towel to wipe around the pan. This just to stop the pancakes from sticking to the pan. In addition, you don’t want to  fry the pancake.
