Another holiday is almost upon us. This time it is all chocolate centred, everyone rushing to the supermarket last minute to get chocolate eggs. Some have already bought and eaten theirs, especially the adults who do it on the quiet, lol.
For those of us trying to be healthy it can be a difficult especially if those ‘eggs’ are in our fave chocolates. What to do if you have no will power. My opinion, just eat the chocolate and get back on the horse after Easter. Ooops, you were not expecting that were you, lol. I have got a good reason.
Sometimes we can be so obessed with dieting that we forget we ought to live a little!! I call it a little treat/reward. However, it is important that you don’t get carried away, everything in moderation as they say. Some of my friends gave me choccies for my birthday, I have had some of it but I worked it off with very intense cardio plus I don’t have unhealthy foods indoors so it is easy to stay on the healthy train. What can I say, sometimes you have to live a little.
I am not saying follow my ‘advice’ especially if you are just starting out or have no will power, then I will suggest avoiding those Easter eggs.
