I am happy to report that I have gone back to exercising but at the same time I have craved in to a few unhealthy eating habits. Yes I have eat chocolates, cakes, mince pies, etc. We are all know why? Christmas that time of year when there are ‘treats’ in nearly every corner of the office. I did resist at first but with the cold weather I need to warm ‘cockles’, lol. However, I am good at home as I don’t have unhealthy foods, in addition, I cut back especially my portions. I dare to find out how much I weigh, hopefully not a lot. I can always go back to fighting fit in the New Year or just after Christmas, hehehe. In the meantime I am going to eat and be merry please don’t follow my example unless you are able to lose weigh easily and have bucket loads of will power.
