Update on my Work out

I t has been a while since my last entry, I have been busy. You will recall that in my last post I mentioned that I had bought a Work out App which I used on my Kindle. I am happy to report the exercises work it has not been easy but I persisted, working out 30 minutes a day, Monday to Friday, taking a rest at the weekends.

The results have been noticeable, it happened a lot quicker than I expected – within two weeks I lost weight and got toned. I am so glad that I did not allow the difficulty in some of the exercises to put me.

Once again, I will state this rountine is not for beginners, it is the most advanced work out I have ever done. Looks like I will be achieving my 3 pack before the summer.
