Although, I have been eating healthily for nearly two decades I have decided to have my diet plan or should I say to do list. Thanks to the latest Modern technology I have done it electronically.
Since acquiring my Kindle Fire HD I have been using it for organising my life thanks to the wonderful apps available. I found a ‘Diet Coach’ Coach’ what it does is to help you plan your diet with reminders. For example, your shopping list, exercise, look for places that have healthy eating restaurants, etc. You can tailor the options to suit your life style.
I have found it really useful as I curtail my eating habits, know how to stay in control and maintain my healthy lifestyle. And most importantly I don’t have to pay some ‘guru’ £100s.
